Maintaining blood sugar is vital and dysregulation can go unnoticed for years and might look like fatigue, sugar cravings, mood swings, etc., which can develop into more serious conditions like prediabetes, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease. Stress
Stress is ever so present in our modern day lifestyle. Waitttt...This isn't a "real" foundation but you know what?...I think so. I believe we can't take life or diet too dang seriously and don't want to restrict ourselves of fun or tell ourselves we were "good" or "bad", throw all that garbage out the window(don't really do that, its littering) or we will only dig ourself into a restrictive mindset. Going with the flow, striving for a healthy foundational base and dabbling in all the fun sounds pretty good, eh!?
